Frequent questions
How does the fee cap work?
ClassZen charges 2.5% on student payments. Once those fees reach $25 in a billing month, further payments that month carry no ClassZen fee. With the $20 subscription, that means you never pay more than $45 a month in total.
Are there other fees?
Stripe charges its standard card-processing fees on student payments, the same as for any Stripe account. Those are separate from ClassZen's fees and are paid to Stripe.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial.
How do I get paid?
You connect your own Stripe account. Students pay you directly through your website, and the money goes to your Stripe account.
Do my students need an account?
No. Students can book and pay as a guest, or create an account if they'd like to keep track of their bookings.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your site gets a ClassZen address, and you can connect your own domain from your settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your settings at any time.
